Hmm… I found you more attractive in the beginning… I think I just have a thing for fat guys… I don’t think that’s normal either.. oh well. You’re still good looking now, and you’ll live longer, woo.

usually after 8 i wont eat anything heavy. after 8 if i need something i eat some fruit (an apple, some melon etc) But I rarely eat past 10pm. If i feel like I want to snack on something I just chug a small glass of water and in about 15 minutes I feel fine. A lot of the times I mistake being thirsty for being hungry. I always stay hydrated. Of course I always go to bed around midnight. If you go to bed later a good rule of thumb I think is don’t eat 2 hours before bed. good luck!!

Ok well as of monday I’m going to try this out and see what happens over the winter. I getting a pass to a gym to work out a little bit here and there. Also cutting out eating. When you were hungry late at night and needed something what did you eat? And what time at night was your cut off…like no more food after a certain time at night? Did you do that?

Sorry I accidentally hit remove instead of reply on your last comment. Anyway my everyday kick in the ass was for health reasons. I had very high blood pressure and my left ventricle in my heart was enlarged from it. I didn’t follow a doctors diet I just did my own thing and used common sense on what I should be eating. My blood pressure was 160/100 on a good day and as of today is 118/78 and my heart enlargement is all gone. I got a home bp monitor to keep me informed and more determined

I jog about 15 miles a week and bike about 25 and yes this is the video. I don’t exercise a whole lot and even when i was overweight I exercised the same amount if not more.

No I didn’t eat subway. A lot of what I watched was my sodium intake. Sodium makes me (and everyone else I believe) gain weight more than anything and Subway along with all other fast food is full of it. I also of course watched my fat intake. I don’t eat any processed foods. I eat fresh Veggies, fruits and lean meats. I eat wheat bread on occasion and wheat pasta. Brown rice is also a staple in my meals. I don’t consider what I’m doing a “diet”. Diets never work. I made a life change.

Hey had some questions about your journey. Did you eat like subway or anything like that? What did you eat and did you work out at all?
