I need help with working out and weight loss!!?

by andy on November 30, 2009

I am 27 years old, weigh 122lbs and I am 5′2.5. I rollerblade 3.5 miles 5 days a week and I come home and do 200 crunches. I don’t seem to be losing any weight and my legs and butt are bigger. I did an online body fat percentage calculator and it shows me in the fitness category. I don’t know what that means but it is kinda frustrating. I have been doing this workout constantly for almost 2 months. Can anyone give me some tips??

Thanks!

Your legs and butt are bigger because of all the rollerblading. You need to change up your workout routine to jump start your body. Your body has gotten used to the rollerblading and crunches and says ‘ok, I can manage this activity’.

Try swimming or lifting weights. Muscles burn more calories.
