It’s probably the best FREE website. It also gives you recipes, ideas, groups to join.
i dont reccomend going to any website but hey i got a good tip 4 ya how to lose some weight drink tonz of water and cute back on junk food and dont eat after 7pm. it helped me.

It’s FREE and it has graphs and charts and goals and the nutrition information for anything and everything. You put in all your stats and your time frame and it tells you how many calories to eat and you can look up how many calories each activity/exercise burns. It’s amazing!
