it noticeable right away. your hair will come out. you will feel tired and fatigue, sick( physically) irritable, etc. its a long process and its not easy. and it depends on what age you are. check with your doctor

it depends on the dosage of radiation and chemo you get. my boyfriend started hair loss 2 weeks after his first chemo fatigue came on the 2nd day weight loss started about the 3rd week after radiation

I’ve had radiation therapy twice … 20 years ago, then again 2 years ago. Unless the radiation is on the scalp area of your head, you won’t lose your hair. Weight loss and fatigue are also side effects of Chemo … not radiation. The only side effect I experienced from radiation were burns to the skin, as well as some scarring. I’m not too familiar with Chemo … sorry.

Edit: You may lose weight and experience fatigue, if radiation is done on the stomach area.

Hair loss was about 10 days – 2 weeks. Fatigue was pretty instant. I never did lose weight, in fact I gained, due to the prednisone.
Best wishes to you!
