eat less, exercise more. Thats it.
Eat whatever of you want. ANYTHING. But make it less. Smaller portions, smaller meals. Eat one mcdonalds cheeseburger and some water. Or small pasta dish and water. Stay full by eating less.
Think small meals, small meals, small meals.
Then run, run, run, Walk, walk, walk, Jog, jog jog. The weight will come off.
i used to be overweight earlier this year.. now i’m fit and healthy and definitely looking good.. just follow this guidelines:
-drink 10 glasses or more of water daily
-exercise.. 3 cardio and 2 weight training sessions per week
-eat 6 meals of small portions at regular intervals each day
-have one day a week for pigging out.
-increase protein intake, decrease bad fat intake
-set goals why u want to lose fat, psych yourself, i find this is the most imprtant one.
good luck, and hopefully you’ll also look good
Within your situation you have to be on point. At the most you’re gonna have to go to the gym at least 4 days out of the week.
To make a long story short, food is usually a factor to gaining weight. So you have to watch what you eat and start eating healthier. For example:
-Bake and Grill your foods. Because when you eat something fried the grease adds on to fat. For women when they eat most of the fat goes to their buttocks and thighs. For men it usually goes to their stomach.
-Limit the quantity of your meals. Your stomach is like a muscle, the more food you eat at one time the more it expands. Once your hunger is satisfied leave the food alone until you feel hunger again.
-Choose fruits and Veggies as your snacks instead of chips and candy etc.
And lastly, Cardiovascular exercises helps. Usually running for a mile helps a lot, but if you WALK a good 2 miles a day nonstop you’ll be good. Also do light weights where you have to perform a great quantity of them to feel a burn.
When walking try to get your heart rate up to a fast beat, this is known as the Fat Burning Zone. This zone usually helps an individual burn fat while your heart is beating at this rate.
The best calorie burning exercise is a matter of debate. But there are certainly a number of calorie burning exercises that could help anyone who is trying to lose weight, maintain a healthy weight, or embrace a healthy lifestyle.
Most experts agree that aerobic exercise is the best calorie burning exercise and is a strong component of any weight loss workout routine. The most obvious aerobic exercise that helps any weight loss workout routine is jogging or running.
Jogging is considered, by many experts, to be one of the best calorie burning exercises around.
Some people prefer to jog or run on a treadmill and incorporating a running regimen into this kind of exercise program is ideal for weight loss.
Another aerobic activity that is one of the best calorie burning exercises is bicycle riding. It is also not as hard on the joints as running. For this reason, many people prefer it to running.
You can choose between a standard bicycle if the weather permits or a stationary bike works well at the gym. A thirty minute aerobic workout varying your resistance and speed is an excellent weight loss workout.
But, if you want to burn as many calories as running and get a more well-rounded weight loss workout routine, an elliptical trainer workout is quite beneficial for calorie burning and especially maintaining correct weight after you are at your goal.
The elliptical trainer has been found to be one of the best calorie burning exercises that burns as many calories as running. Some people have a hard time running but still need to burn calories to lose weight.
In this case an elliptical trainer workout may be a better option for the best calorie burning exercise for them. There are a number of approaches to exercise and weight loss.
The main thing you want to focus on for your weight loss workout routine is find exercises that you enjoy because that is what will motivate you so you can reach your personal fitness goals.
You should always focus on a strong diet/workout plan that will suit your weight loss goals and the time you need to do it. I have tried all sorts of methods to lose weight and here are the three things to concentrate on. Exercising is one of the main things you should. Some people claim to not have time but you should at least get some cardio in and get the heart racing. Then the diet is the next thing you need to consider. I’m on a strict calorie diet which brings us to the next thing. Diet pills
I have tried all sorts of them and the only ones that work are the natural ones that contain herbs. The right one will give you plenty of energy along with amazing weight loss support. I’m on Proactol which is a natural appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker. It really stops the food cravings along with blocking up to 28% of the fat you eat. It’s really incredible if your wanting to lose a lot of weight and maintain the weight you want. Read up about Proactol at http://www.theweightlossplace .com where I saved $30 on Proactol and got a lot of info there. Good luck and I hope this helps.
Joining a gym is a good decision. Doing this will help you burn a lot of fat. But if you really want to lose weight, you should also combine your exercises with a good diet plan.
Again, “good diet plan”. Not the age old calorie restriction because you will just lose energy if you use a restrictive diet and this only helps in the first few days of dieting because eventually your body will adapt to the small amount of food you take in and will then store it as fat to give you energy for the “rainy days”.
Get an exercise plan and a diet plan that you can stick to for the long term so you can take off that extra 50 pounds and KEEP IT OFF! Gaining the weight back will do you more harm because the real damage to our organs happens during the process of gaining weight than remaining overweight.
To your success!
