I need to lose a considerable amount of weight, and I’ve always had issues with energy. Because I’ve gotten out of the habit of eating regular meals and only usually eat one large meal a day, it’s going to take me some time to get into the swing of a diet, but I just haven’t found any yet that seem they would work for me. I just need some energy and some good quality weight loss. I would be willing to commit some time to it if I found something that would help with the energy – not looking for fast weight loss. Thanks in advance for any help or experience that others can share!

weight watchers has fantastic recipes and menues online for free! You could also check out the slim fast website. have Even if you don’t want to drink the shakes, the recipes are good and free! Good Luck!
